It is important to follow our method when measuring your wrist to help us with this accuracy at the first step of coming to us. But if for any reason it is difficult to get a discreet measurement when ordering something as a gift, we will still do what we can to avoid any disappointment, and within our service we do also provide a one month guarantee with no further charge other than any return postage costs, where we can reduce or increase links to make the fit more accurate. Just make sure you liaise with us as quickly as possible to get the most out of this service. Any contact/returns for amendments after one month will incur an extra charge of £6 as well as your return postage costs.

Step 1. Find a tailors tape measure *

Step 2. Measure your wrist as closely as you can from end to end of the tape ensuring there's no overlap

Step 3. Be sure not to estimate a desired end result - this could cause inaccuracy to our carefully developed formula.

Step 4. Contact us with your measurement in either inches or cm, sit back and relax with a cuppa and let us do the rest.

* Alternatively, if you do not have a tailors tape measure to hand, you can use a piece of string to wrap around, mark it off and cut to the closest fit around your wrist (no overlap) and measure with a ruler.
